ISO 9001 and/or ISO 14001 and/or OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 and/or ISO 22000 and/or ISO 27001 and/or ISO 13485 and/or ISO 50001 and/or ISO 37001 and/or HACCP or any other required Certification can be refused at various stages.

b) After Stage 1 Preparedness and in-willingness- fails during stage 1 to proceed for stage 2.
c) After Stage 2 Major non-conformance reported and client could not take desired corrective actions within the stipulated time.
d) Surveillance i) Major non-conformance reported and client could not take desired corrective actions within the stipulated time. ii) Audit not conducted within the required procedure of ICI.
e) Fees Non-Receipt of fees at any stage of the certification cycle.
