ISO /IEC 20000-1 IT Service Management

ISO/IEC 20000-1 is developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and is a globally recognized IT service management system standard.

The standard draws on and is well supported by other documents in the ISO/IEC 20000 series and other public documents. ISO/IEC 20000-1 takes a comprehensive approach to IT service management and defines a set of processes needed to deliver effective services.
